When something bad has happened to you in your life, have you ever found yourself saying: freedom-591884-m

“Why does this kind of stuff always happen to me?”

We’ve all done this. But when you ask this type of question, what frame of mind does it put you in? Well, it puts you in a negative frame of mind where you feel like a powerless victim.

Suppose when something bad happens you ask yourself these kind of questions:

“What can I learn from this?”

“How can this situation be used as a gateway to something better in my life?”

“What is good or even funny about this situation?”

These questions put you in a much better frame of mind. The point here is that in any given situation, we tend to ask ourselves a lot of questions. And the questions you ask yourself each day will make you weak or make you more powerful.

Make it a habit each day to ask yourself questions that energize your mind and inject positive thoughts into your being. A great time to do this is first thing in the morning.

Before I start work each day I look at a list of questions posted by my desk and I read them out loud. Here are a few of them:

“Where will my life go today if I allow my heart to lead the way?”

“What will be possible if I listen to my gut, instead of the opinions of others?”

“What abundance will emerge if I trust my PASSION and PERSIST?”

Reading these questions out loud makes me feel like a rock star. They enable me to persist through anything, and they don’t allow me to stay in a negative frame of mind for very long.

Your set of empowering questions may be different. But if you make a list and read them out loud every morning, or even throughout the day, you will develop a level of energy and enthusiasm that makes you unstoppable.

If you got a knowledge boost from this post I encourage you to share it with your crowd!
